Crescent HK Porter Cutter 24-1/2 In. General Purpose Center Cut
The 0190FC is a 24-1/2 In. general purpose cutter. Center-cut blades will cut soft, medium, and hard materials. The maximum hardness of material that can be cut is Brinell 455/Rockwell C48. The toggle joints turn 50 Lbs. of hand pressure to 4000 Lbs. of cutting pressure. The cutter is designed with a lock plate that keeps the jaws from loosening.
